Event Consultations may be scheduled any time after the occasion is determined, depending on how much planning, organization and decoration you’d like us to provide.
Because of our personal commitment to each event, our event staff is on-site and available for all set-up and after-event breakdown, we may not be not available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Client meetings usually take place Monday-Thursday 10am to 5pm. In certain circumstances, evening and weekend and on-site meetings may be scheduled.
Be prepared to share photos and ideas about theme and décor. We always have a variety of flowers, linens and other design elements to show you, but certain props and materials may not be available at your first consultation. If it’s important for you to see a particular flower or item, please let us know when you schedule a meeting and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
It’s also important to have a tentative budget in mind as it determines the scale of the event.
Shortly after this meeting, you will receive our proposal that outlines design ideas for your event based on our discussions.
We strongly believe that each event should be a reflection of your personality and style.
A reservation fee is necessary to secure the date on our calendar and additional monies to be used for materials may be collected at this point.
Certain special design elements may require specific and separate payments and additional meetings may also be required.
